This company has been around since the 17th century creating chocolate and confections for the French nobility. They moved to the US in the 1800s and just last year started the process to become kosher. This year they offer 100 calorie chocolate bars, smaller versions of their chocolate barks, as well as other chocolate treats. They hope to make everything they create kosher in the next year.

This company from Minnesota became kosher last year. They have a line of popcorn, caramel corn and pretzel confections that are chunk full of nuts, chocolate and other decadent ingredients in various package sizes. This year they have introduced new packaging as well as the Funky Chunky bar.

This company has won the best in show for best chocolate for their Dark chocolate with french grey sea salt truffle bite. It was absolutely delicious with that great combination of salty and sweet. The chocolate used has an 85% cacao level but does not taste better. Other products include a truffle bite with caramel and Hawaiian red alea sea salt as well as various fudge bars-all delicious
