E Guittard Chocolate "Vintage Chocolate Making in the French Tradition" - E. Guittard single origin chocolates offer a unique tasting experience. These chocolates differ only in the source and varietal of the cacao beans used to make the chocolate. Cacao and sugar content are held constant, at 65% and 35% respectively, as are other variables in the chocolate making process. Endangered Species Chocolate just became OU certified from Tablet-K. They only use naturally shade-grown cacao from small family owned properties. They donate 10% of their net profits to help protect endangered species, habitats and humanity. Each variety of chocolate bar has a different animal on it (e.g. extremely dark chocolate -- 88% has a panther) (OU-D)
