This Scottish recipe shortbread cookie is baked with organic fairtraded coffees from Mexico, Brazil, Sumatra and Ethiopia. They also have their line of biscottea which is shortbread cookies baked with tea like earl grey. They also have gluten free shortbread.

Divvies is a company known for making products that people with peanut, nut allergies can enjoy. Cookies flavors include chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin and molasses ginger. New sugar cookies were introduced in their 2 pack-one for me and one to share. I saw some other packaging of 4 or so cookies in a pack. They also have popcorn, chocolate bars, chocolate chips, jawbreakers and other candies.

They have just released whole grain animal sandwich cookies in 2 varieties – 2 vanilla cookies sandwiching milk chocolate cream and 2 chocolate cookies sandwiching white chocolate filling. They also have other sandwich cookies including my favorite dark chocolate cookies sandwiching chocolate cream.

I have heard and seen LU cookies for a while. I went by their booth and was pleasantly surprised to see a bunch of kosher products including a delicious madeleine sandwich with dark chocolate cream as well as creme roulee, similar to Pirouline and water crackers. I was hoping for the Le Petite Ecolier cookies to be kosher but they are not as of yet

Cookies, and cakes that are all natural and very tasty. They also do special cookies in honor of the season such as tangerine butterflies (decorated with all natural icing) and hearts for Valentine’s Day.

Upscale bakery with many desserts that are very elegant. They have a new buche de noel, stollen, pound cake. They also have a line of mousses in cups called dessert duo. I had a custard with caramel. Delicious!

They brought their Pavlova Cake. It has a smooth light crust on the outside with a soft center that literally melts in your mouth. Pavlova is Gluten Free, Fat Free, Trans Fat Free, Nut Free, Dairy Free, Lactose Free, Soy Free and Kosher Pareve for Passover and all year round. Eat by itself or simply serve with fresh whipped cream and your favorite fruit.
