Astor's Chocolate
They have several new chocolate bars. They have a line of 2 oz bars with flavors like pomegranate filled dark chocolate, caramel filled dark chocolate, and peppermint filled dark chocolate. Bequet Confections
They make the most delicious caramels including soft, sea salt, chocolate, chipotle (winner of best confection in 2007). Their new flavor is pomegranate! Bissingers
This company has been around since 1845 and they are known for making the finest handcrafted chocolate confections. Lots of treats of all types including: barks, gummy pandas, french truffles, desserts shells, chocolate lace, and more. Many items are being Kosher Dairy under the OV (st Louis) I have tried their malted milk balls and they are one of the best I have ever had!

Gifford
Just became kosher under Star-D. They have caramels, butterscotch candies, hot fudge and some other items. They also have great ice cream. I tried a chocolate ice cream with cacao nibs. Just great!

I discovered them last year at the show. Their stuff is made in Utah and is great! They have a new line of salted caramels. Each caramel has a different type of sea salt.

From Saronno Italy, authentic Italian cookies from a recipe created in 1718. Comes packages in different tins and boxes. Certified kosher by the OU (not sure if dairy)
Cheesecake Aly
Delicious cheesecakes all sizes including single serve. Can be shipped anywhere in the US. Flavors include: chocolate, vanilla, marble, key lime, peach melba, peanut butter fudge as well as sugar free, gluten free and low carb. They also have a frozen treat called Freesecake. Funky Chunky
Just certified by the OU/dairy (not Chalav Yisrael). Lots of great items like their popcorn which has layers of milk, white and dark chocolates atop over bursting-with-freshness buttery, caramel popcorn (we could have stopped here.... but need us not forget) three kinds of glazed whole nuts- cashews, pecans and almonds. Pretzels-3 kinds of chocolate, caramel and pecans; Caramel Corn artisan crafted in small batches using real butter, and has tons of whole glazed pecans, cashews and almonds. They also have great novelty items like Chocolate covered graham crackers, S'mores, rocky road bars and more.

Hot Squeeze
My husband tried it and said it was spicy. 11 ozs of sweet heat chipotle. It was judged as this year's winner in the Flavor of Georgia Contest, run by the state's Center for Agribusiness and Economic Development. Hot Squeeze was chosen from over 40 entries in the bbq/hot sauce category. It is used by a Kosher Subway Restaurant as a sandwich spread. Certified kosher by the OU/Pareve

Lesser Evil
They just announced that their popcorn has become kosher certified by the OU (dairy, not chalav Yisrael). they have a black and white flavor that looked great.
Oogies Popcorn
Kosher again under the Kof-K/Dairy (not chalav Yisrael). Oogies has great popcorn with interesting flavors like smoked gouda, sun dried tomato and Parmesan, Asiago and cracked pepper and Caprese.
Pogos

I saw them at the fancy food show last year. They have a great rehydrated pesto, add oil and stir. They have a large line of spice blends and they have a vanilla paste that contains pure vanilla seeds combined with cold pressed Vanilla Extract, and comes in an mess-free dispenser pump.
